You are invited to Tender for sub-contracting work on the above-mentioned project. Clarification meeting will be held for this package on Thursday 21 July 2022 at 10h00. The tender documents include the contract document, the pricing schedule, drawings (where applicable) and sub-contractor performance report and can be collected from the following dates at the location specified below.

2. The purpose of this invitation is to open the bidding process to all Targeted enterprises that are interested to tender for sub-contracting package on the above-mentioned project. Please see below the Work package that will be available to be priced:

• RSB – 001- OFFICE AND LABORATORY RENOVATIONS   CIDB 1GB

3. Mandatory documentation that are required from the subcontractors at the time of tender submission (to be in sealed tender package submitted) are:

• Company Cover letter indicating the package that the company tendered for.
• Completed pricing schedule
• Completed returnable schedules as per the Contract document. Pay careful attention to documents that must be on a company letterhead.
• Company registration documents (CIPC)
• SARS Tax Compliance Status Pin (valid, not expired)
• CIDB Certificate or Registration.
• CSD Registration
• Letter of good standing COIDA (valid, not expired)
• Proof of banking details in company name / Letter from the Bank
• BBBEE Certificate (valid, not expired)
• Company Profile (updated profile till current year)
• Proof of Address
• Relevant References and contact details.

Important Note:

•  Companies will be DISQUALIFIED if their documents are outstanding, and not submitted in time and date of closing.
• Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marking the COMPANY NAME and CONTRACT NUMBERS
• Only Companies that meet the minimum requirements as stated under item no.3 will be considered for theworks packages on the contract.
• All Contractors are to ensure that they complete the register when the tender registration documentation is submitted.
