Manage incoming queries from SANRAL Transformation Portal, telephonic and walk-ins.
Manage the query and response register.
Utilise the online transformation supplier development portal to assist SMMEs
Monitor and address queries being received for the purposes of trend analysis and tender feedback to further assist SMMEs by identifying measures and interventions.
Facilitate communication between SANRAL and SMMEs to ensure
Provide SMMEs with the appropriate and relevant information.
Assist SMME’s with registrations on platforms such as., SARS; CIDB, CSD.
Facilitate contact between SMMEs and SANRAL’s strategic partners.
Advise on upcoming training, workshops, and information session/s.
Conduct research monitor and report on the effectiveness of the SDD and its initiatives.
