The AFMS Group (Pty) Ltd invites tenderers to submit bids for the following two separate services:
•Maintenance and upkeep of heating, ventilation, aircon and Building Management Service
These services are required for the Western Region of the South African National Roads Agency (SOC) Limited (SANRAL) WR situated at 1 Havenga Street Oakdale Bellville
Tender documents may be requested via email from procurement2@fm-solutions.co.za.
Online compulsory briefing sessions will be held (details are in the tender documents). Site visits to be arranged with technical representative: Only one representative per company will be permitted to attend.
The bids will be evaluated on the 80/20 preferential points system, as per the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2022.
Late submissions will not be accepted.
