FOR THE IMPROVEMENT ON NATIONAL ROAD R52 SECTION 3 FROM KOSTER (KM 0.0) TO N4 RUSTENBURG (KM 38.70)

 

TENDER BRIEFING MEETING

A compulsory tender briefing session will be held on Wednesday 23 October 2024 at 10h00. No late attendance will be entertained.

 An attendance register will be completed starting from 09h30.

Mandatory tender training will be conducted after the clarification meeting.

TENDER CLOSURE

Submissions will not be permitted later than Wednesday 06 November 2024 at 10h00.

All submissions to be submitted in the following order:

 

  1. Form of Offer (Hardcopy)
  2. Summary of Pricing Schedule (Hardcopy)

 

  1. All returnable schedules and attachments (Soft Copy/Electronic)
  2. BOQ/Pricing Schedule (Soft Copy/Electronic)

 

Place and seal the completed tender document in an envelope clearly marked “TENDER” and bearing the tenderer’s name, physical address contact telephone numbers the tender subcontract number.
