SUB-CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF ROAD SAFETY AUDIT SERVICES FOR THE DUALLING OF NATIONAL ROUTE N2 SECTION 16 FROM KEI MOUTH I/S (KM 50.20) TO KOMGA T-JUNCTION (KM 70.20)
T1.1 INVITATION FOR QUOTATION TO UNDERTAKE AN INDEPENDENT ROAD SAFETY AUDIT
CLOSING DATE 22 NOVEMBER 2024 (AT 10:00)
GIBB Pty (Ltd) were appointed by the South African National Roads Agency SOC Ltd (SANRAL) for the dualling of the national route N2 section 16 from Kei Mouth intersection (km 50.2) to Komga T-junction (km 70.2). The project falls within the Amathole District Municipality in the Province of the Eastern Cape.
Road Safety Audit Services are required for the dualling of the national route N2 section 16 from Kei Mouth intersection (km 50.2) to Komga T-junction (km 70.2).
Only service providers who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database as stated in the Tender Data, Clause 4.1.1 and meet the minimum requirements for the key persons as stipulated in Clause 5.11.9 at the tender closing date, are eligible to submit quotations.
Firms with road safety and traffic engineering experience are therefore invited to submit a quote to undertake an independent Road Safety Audit. A clarification meeting will not be held, but it is essential that prospective tenderers familiarise themselves with the site.

Quotation documents are available at no cost in electronic format downloaded from the SANRAL’s website. Tenderers must have access to Microsoft © Office 2013 and Acrobat Adobe © 9.0 or similar compatible software.
COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF QUOTATIONS
The closing time and date for submission of quotations is 10h00 on 22 November 2024.
The electronic address for delivery of tender offers is: via email to lnel@gibb.co.za. Should the email attachments be larger than 10Mb, tenderers are required to submit their tenders via Dropbox and email the link to the above email address.
Quotations may only be submitted in the format as stated in the Quotation Data.
