FOR THE PERIODIC MAINTENANCE ON NATIONAL ROUTE 2 SECTION 30 FROM (KM 44.0) TO MDUNA RIVER (KM 74.3).
T M AND S CONSTRUCTION (PTY) LTD, the Main Contractor for The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL) Contract SANRAL N.002-300-2022/2 invites Subcontractors to tender for The Periodic Maintenance on National Route 2 Section 30 from (Km 44.0) to Mduna River (Km 74.3).
The approximate duration for the different work packages will vary.
Only tenderers who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database at the closing date for tender submissions and who comply with the definition of a Targeted Enterprise under clause C.2.1.1 and are at least 51% Black owned and who is an EME or QSE or cooperative, are eligible to tender.
Only tenderers that meet all the eligibility criteria under clause C.2.1.1 of the Tender Data will be considered. Only tenderers who meet the minimum functionality score as stated in clause
C.3.11 will be evaluated further on price and preference. Below is the list of Work Packages on offer:

COIDA Compliance (with exception to grade 1 & 2 CIDB TEs - assistance to be given to those grades to comply)
Proof of tax compliance Proof of Local Residence
Tenderers must attend a compulsory briefing session and attain a signed-off briefing certificate and attendance register in the name of the attending entity. A compulsory tender briefing shall be conducted at Phumlani Community Hall in Hluhluwe on 26 November 2024 at 10:00 am.
Tender documents will be available from the 18 November 2024. Tender documents will be sent to tenderers upon request via email to tenders.tmandsconstruction@gmail.com.
Closing date of submission will be Thursday, 03 December 2024 at the Site Offices at 10:00 am.
