TENDER NOTICE: INVITATION TO TENDER FOR SUBCONTRACTING CIVIL WORKS

Invitation to tender for CONTRACT NRA X.005-033-2019/1-N7WS1: SUBCONTRACTING CIVIL WORKS – N7 GREENFIELD (UNDERGROUND INFRASTRUCTURE) in accordance with the requirements of The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL). This project is in Western Cape Province, in the West Coast District Municipality.

The TOLCON GROUP (PTY) LTD invites tenders from qualifying Targeted Enterprises for the following civil works:

The approximate duration of the project is 4 months.

Only tenderers who meet the definition of a Targeted Enterprise as defined in Part C3: Scope of Work are eligible to tender.  Only tenderers who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database are eligible to tender.

It is further required that tenderers should have a CIDB contractor grading designation as indicated in the advert table above.

Joint Ventures between CIDB grades 3PE/4CE and lower CIDB grades are allowed to tender.

Tenders will be evaluated on eligibility, price and preference.

REQUEST FOR TENDER DOCUMENTS

The tender documents are available at no cost in electronic format, downloadable from the Tolcon website (https://tolcongroup.co.za/tenders/) and SANRAL’s online Supplier Development portal (https://sanralesdd.co.za).  Tenderers must have access to Microsoft Office © 2013 and Acrobat Adobe © 9.0, or similar compatible software to open and print the documentation.
