NOTICE AND INVITATION TO SUBMIT BUSINESS PROFILES FOR MILITARY VETERAN CONTRACTORS

Military Veteran Contractors are hereby invited to submit business profiles to be considered for selection on Contract SANRAL R.022-050-2012/1. Due date for submissions of profiles is on 30 September 2022 at 12h30. Documentation should be submitted via email to procurement@leomat.net by no later than 12h30 on 30 September 2022.

No late submission will be accepted. Alternatively contact the helpdesk. A helpdesk is available to provide guidance to the Military Veteran Contractors. The helpdesk is situated at Leomat R22 Site Camp next to Tembe Tribal Authority Hall. Kindly contact Simangele Mthethwa for appointments. The helpdesk will be available during business hours, i.e. Monday to Friday between 08h00 and 16h00.

The business profile should include the following:

1. Proof of business address.

2. Completed Database Registration Forms

3. Proof of the Military Veteran B-BBEE contributor level.

4. Proof that the Military Veteran Contractor is registered on National Treasury’s Central Supplier Database (CSD).

5. Proof that the Military Veteran Contractor is tax compliant.

6. Proof that the Military Veteran Contractor is registered as a Military Veteran on the Department of Military Veteran Database/ and or has a force number.

7. Proof that the Military Veteran Contractor is registered with the CIDB.

8. Company profile.

The database forms may be collected from the helpdesk located at Leomat R22 Site Camp and can also be downloaded from the website of Umhlabuyalingana Local Municipality (www.umhlabuyalingana.gov.za) and Leomat Construction website (www.leomat.co.za).
