TENDER NOTICE

Ndoko Projects invites experienced EME and QSE sub-contractors to a tender briefing session for Contract X.005-054-2024/1 SC1-SC7 for the Routine Road Maintenance of National Route R31 sections 5 to 6 from Kgatelopele/Ga-Segonyana border (km 47.90) to Kgatelopele/Dikgatlong border (km 25.45) and National Route R385 section 3 from Danielskuil I/S (km 0.00) to Postmasburg (km 48.90) and National Route R325 section 2 from Postmasburg (km 0.00) to N14/R325 I/S (km 52.76) on behalf of the South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL). This project is in the province of the Northern Cape and in the district municipality of ZF Mgcawu District Municipality.
Preferences are offered to prospective tenderers from the targeted area, namely the Tsantsabane and Kgatelopelo Local Municipalities, as well as the CIDB grades and classes indicated for each sub- contract package. This tender will be evaluated in terms of functionality as a criterion and the price and preference points system. Tenderers who satisfy the following criteria are eligible to submit tenders:
- B-BBEE Level 1 or 2 contributor.
- Exempted Micro Enterprise (EME) or Qualifying Small Enterprise (QSE).
Registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD). - Registered as "active" with the CID in the relevant contractor grade and class designation
An award will only be made to preferred Tenderers that are:
- Compliant with the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA); and
- Tax Compliant.

Note to Tenderers:
- Ndoko Projects will reserve the right to negotiate feasible rates with the preferred tenderers if necessary.
- Tenderers may submit tenders for all sub-contracts in this Tender Notice, but only 1 (one) subcontract will be let per preferred Tenderer at any one time for this project.
TENDER BRIEFING
A compulsory information briefing meeting and a training session will take place at Country Hotel, 1 Kromme Avenue, Postmasburg, 8420 on Tuesday 04th February 2025. For CIDB 1 to 2 CE at 09:00am and for CIDB 3 to 5CE & 5SK at 13:00pm where prospective Tenderers shall meet the Contractor.
Tenderers must submit, via email (tenderndokopost@gmail.com), the duly completed Form A1.1 Certificate of Intention to Submit by 03rd February 2025. Failure to submit this certificate would result in the tenderer not receiving addenda or additional issued information and may result in the tenderer being non-
addenda or additional information is not included in the tender offer/submission. They must be represented at the information compulsory briefing meeting by a representative who must be the Tenderer himself or an authorised person in the direct employment of the Tenderer.
SUB-CONTRACT TENDER DOCUMENTS

However, grade 1-a hard copy. Tenderers must have access to Microsoft Office © 2013 and Acrobat Adobe © 9.0, or similar compatible software.
The file will contain an electronic copy of the tender document in PDF format and Bill of Quantities in EXCEL format. Volume 3 will be a bound signed paper copy containing the following documents, returnable schedules relevant to the project and Pricing Data.
Electronic submission (USB) the 1st file in pdf format which contains a scanned copy of Form of Offer (pdf), scanned copies of all returnable schedules and attachments (pdf), scanned copy of Pricing Schedule (pdf). The 2nd file in Excel format which contains Completed pricing schedule.
Late arrivals to the compulsory information briefing meeting will not be allowed access, and therefore will not be allowed to submit a tender. Such tenders received, shall be deemed non- responsive.
CLOSING TIME, COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF TENDERS
The tender and supporting documents shall be sealed in an envelope and clearly marked:
"Sub-Contract NRA X.005-054-2024/1 SC1-SC7 for the Routine Road Maintenance of National route R31 sections 5 to 6 from Kgatelopele/Ga-Segonyana border (km 47.90) to Kgatelopele/Dikgatlong border (km 25.45) and National Route R385 section 3 from Danielskuil I/S (km 0.00) to Postmasburg (km 48.90) and National Route R325 section 2 from Postmasburg (km 0.00) to N14/R325 I/S (km 52.76) shall be delivered by hand to 14 Hertzog Street, Postmasburg, 8420 between the hours 09:00am to 16:00pm during weekdays (Mondays to Fridays) from Wednesday 05th February 2025. Tender closing date is on Monday 24th February 2025 at 10:00am.
