The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL) on behalf of Lathiso Consulting Engineers
(Pty) Ltd invites Joint Ventures between suitably experienced, SANAS accredited laboratories and Targeted
Partners for the undertaking of the site laboratory sub-services in accordance with SANS 3001 for the Periodic
Maintenance (Resurfacing) on National Route 7 Section 3 from Citrusdal (km 75.30) to Cederberg
Intersection (km 102.52). This project is in the province of Western Cape, in the Cederberg District
Municipality and the approximate duration is 10 months including 3 months for the mobilisation period,
commencing 31 March 2025.

Preferences are offered to tenderers who comply with the criteria stated in the Tender Data.

The tenderers will be evaluated on functionality (quality) criteria with a threshold of 65%.

Only tenderers who are a Joint Venture (JV), meet the minimum requirements for the key persons and are
registered on CSD as stated in clause C 2.1 will be eligible to tender.

Tenderers must submit, via email, the duly completed Form A1.1 Certificate of Intention to Submit a Tender
prior to Friday, 7 May 2025. Failure to submit this certificate would result in the tenderer not receiving addenda
or additional issued information and may result in the tenderer being non-responsive, if “any material
amendment/s” contained in the addenda or additional information is not included in the tender
offer/submission.
