Late submissions of documents will not be accepted.

Tenderers who satisfy the following criteria are eligible to submit quotations

1. At least 51% black owned.

2. Preference will be given to the Military Veteran Sector

3. The service provider and its personnel must be registered with PSIRA and also registered as a business with CIPC.

4. Exempted Micro Enterprise (EME) or a Qualifying Small Enterprise (QSE)

5. Registered with the South African Revenue Service (SARS)

6. Registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)

7. Compliant with the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA)

1. Requirements

1.1. The service provider and its personnel must be registered with PSIRA and also registered as a business with CIPC. Proof of registration and certification of employees must be submitted with the documents. Failure to submit proof of registration will deem the quotation as non-responsive.

1.2. Preference will be given to the Military Veteran sector.

1.3. Preference will be given to service providers that adhere to the tender criteria as stated in the tender data.

2. Returnable Documents

1.4. A valid original tax clearance certificate

1.5. Central supplier database (CSD) registration report

1.6. Company registration document (CIPC/CK)

1.7. Letter of Good Standing from the Department of Labour.

1.8. Proof of business address, municipal rates account or letter from ward councillor

1.9. Proof of registration with the Military Veterans Organisation

1.10. Proof of Compliance with the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA)

1.11. Staff curriculum vitae, ID documents and valid competency certificates

1.12. Company profile

1.13.BBBEE certificate from and SANAS accredited provider

1.14.VAT registration document if registered as VAT vendor

1.15.Proof of business registration with PSIRA Failure to submit any of the above documents will render the quotation offer non-responsive
