The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL) on behalf of Nexor 312 (Pty) Ltd invites Joint Ventures between suitably experienced, SANAS accredited laboratories and Targeted Partners for the undertaking of the site laboratory sub-services in accordance with SANS 3001 for THE PERIODIC MAINTENANCE ON NATIONAL ROUTE 10 SECTION 9 FROM NAUGA (KM 36.00) TO MARYDALE (KM 72.94) & NATIONAL ROUTE 10 SECTION 10 FROM MARYDALE (KM 0.00) TO KEUKENDRAAI (KM 50.30). This project is in the province of Northern Cape and in the district municipality of Pixley ka Seme and the approximate duration is 15 months, commencing July 2025
The tenderers will be evaluated on functionality (quality) criteria with a threshold of 60%.
Only tenderer who are a Joint Ventures (JV), meet the minimum requirements for the key persons and are registered on CSD as stated in clause C 2.1 will be eligible to tender.

Tenderers must submit, via email, the duly completed Form A1.1 Certificate of Intention to Submit a Tender prior to Friday, 13 June 2025. Failure to submit this certificate would result in the tenderer not receiving addenda or additional issued information and may result in the tenderer being non-responsive, if “any material amendment/s” contained in the addenda or additional information is not included in the tender offer/submission.

No compulsory tender clarification meeting will be applicable to this tender.
