The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL) invites tenders for:
CONTRACT SANRAL: NRA C.003-098-2024/1A FOR TRAINING AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT OF COMMUNITIES AND SMME CONTRACTORS ON R63 SECTION 15 NEAR BHISHO
This project is in the province of Eastern Cape and in the Buffalo Metropolitan Municipality and Amahlathi
Local Municipality in the Amathola District. The approximate duration is 14 Months including 2 months for the mobilisation Period from commencement date. Only tenderers who are a CIDB contractor grading of 7CE as stated on the Tender Data may submit tender offers. CIDB Regulation 25 (1B) will be applicable to this Contract.
Tenders from tenderers registered as potentially emerging enterprises with a CIDB contractor grading designation lower than a contractor grading designation required for this tender, will not be accepted.
Only tenderers who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database are eligible to tender.

A compulsory briefing session
A compulsory in-person briefing session will be conducted on the 08 July 2025 @ 12H00 pm, for a period of ± 2 hours at the Steve Biko Community Centre, 1st Floor, One Zotshie Street, Ginsberg, Qonce. The briefing session will start punctually, and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Respondents arriving late. Late arrivals (15 Minutes late), will not be allowed to participate in the briefing meeting and their submissions shall be declared non-responsive. A tenderer’s representative cannot represent more than one tenderer at the tender briefing meeting.
