The AFMS Group (Pty) Ltd invites tenderers to submit bids for the following services:

  • Landscaping and Irrigation Services at SANRAL Head Office, City of Tshwane, 48 Tambotie Avenue, ValDe Grace, Pretoria

Tender documents may be requested via email from procurement@fm-solutions.co.za

Online briefing sessions will be held (details are in the tender documents). Site visits to be arranged with the technical representative by appointment.

The bids will be evaluated on the 80/20 preferential points system, as per the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2022. Late submissions will not be accepted.

All completed submissions must be delivered to: The AFMS Group (Pty) Ltd, Unit 169, Block F, Millennium Business Park, 19 Edison Way, Century City, Cape Town, 7441.
