SNA Civil and Structural Engineers (Pty) Ltd invites tenders on behalf of the Applicant, the South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited, for the Subservice of monitoring environmental compliance during construction for Contract SANRAL R.061-060-2016/1 for The Upgrade of National Route R61 Section 6 All Saints (km 68.5) to Section 7 Baziya (km 12.0): Phase 2 Section 6 from km 68.5 to km 86.65. This project is in the Province of the Eastern Cape, in the Chris Hani District Municipality, in the Dr A B Xuma (previously Ngcobo) Local Municipality. The design for the project is completed and is to be followed by construction monitoring of 36 months, commencing September 2025.

Only tenderers who meet the minimum requirements for Key Persons and are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database as stated in Tender Data, Clause 4.1.1, are eligible to tender.

Tenderers must submit, via email, the duly completed Form A1.1 Certificate of Intention to Submit a Tender prior to 29 August 2025. Failure to submit this certificate would result in the tenderer not receiving Addenda or additional issued information and may result in the tenderer being nonresponsive, if “any material amendment/s” contained in the Addenda or additional information is not included in the tender.offer/submission.
