CONTRACT SANRAL N.011-090-2016/1 FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF NATIONAL ROUTE N11 SECTION 9 BETWEEN HENDRINA POWER STATION (KM 18.5) AND N4 INTERCHANGE (KM 41.97)

CONCOR CONSTRUCTION (PTY) LTD invites RFQs from experienced EME/QSE subcontractors for Contract SANRAL N.011-090-2016/1 for THE IMPROVEMENT OF NATIONAL ROUTE N11 SECTION 9 BETWEEN HENDRINA POWER STATION (KM 18.5) AND N4 INTERCHANGE (KM 41.97) endorsed by The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL). This project is in the province of Mpumalanga and in the Steve Tshwete Local Municipality.
Subcontractors are required for the following subcontract:

The approximate duration is 90 Days.
Only tenderers who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database at the closing date for tender submissions and who comply with the definition of a Targeted Enterprise under clause C.2.1.1 and are at least 51% Black owned and who is an EME or QSE or cooperative, are eligible to tender. In addition, only tenders who are at least 51% owned by Youth / Women / Military veteran / Disabled persons, are eligible to tender.
Only tenderers that meet all the eligibility criteria under clause C.2.1.1 of the RFQ data will be considered.
Only tenderers who meet the minimum functionality score as stated in clause C.3.11 of the Tender Data will be evaluated further on price and preference
Late arrivals at the briefing session will not be accepted and submissions will be declared non-responsive
Preferences are offered to tenderers who comply with the criteria stated in the RFQ Data.

It is requirement of the main contract that the training service provider be accredited with the Construction Education Training Authority, any other accreditation will be an added advantage.
The applicants’ attention is drawn to clause C 2.1.1 of the RFQ Data for each work package when submitting their RFQ.

RFQ’s from applicants who arrived late at the clarification briefing session will not be allowed, and their submissions shall be declared non-responsive.
An applicant’s representative cannot represent more than one applicant at the clarification briefing session.
COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF RFQS
The closing time for receipt of RFQ is 11h00 on Tuesday 9 September 2025.
Only RFQ offers submitted in electronic format in PDF and sent to the address specified in the RFQ Data will be accepted.
RFQs may only be submitted in the format as stated in the RFQ Data.
