REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR SURVEY

CONTRACT:  SANRAL N.002-070-2019/1 & N.002-070-2024/2

FOR

SITE SUPERVISORY SURVEYOR SUBSERVICES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION MONITORING OF THE UPGRADE OF NATIONAL ROUTE SECTION 7 BETWEEN KRAAIBOSCH KM (28.60) AND DIE VLEIE (KM 43.58)

1. Request for BID

You are hereby invited to submit a bid to undertake topographical site surveyor services for the construction phase on the above projects.

The following functionality information is required:

• Proof of survey qualification (National Diploma or Degree)
• Proof of registration with the South African Geomatics Council (SAGC)
• List of similar projects completed as site surveyor, together with contactable references
• Proof of company registration
• Tax Clearance certificate
• List of survey equipment owned
• Valid B-BBEE certificate or Sworn Affidavit (if an EME)
• Proof of active Central Supplier Database listing

The appointed service provider will be required to report to the Resident Engineer (RE).

  Tenders must be completed in FULL (including ALL returnable schedules and other requisite information) and the following subject line used in the submission email:
