SITE SUPERVISORY SURVEYOR SUBSERVICES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION MONITORING OF THE UPGRADE OF NATIONAL ROUTE SECTION 7 BETWEEN KRAAIBOSCH KM (28.60) AND DIE VLEIE (KM 43.58)

 

T1.1 TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER (INCORPORATING SBD1)

 

CLOSING DATE (AT 11:00): 5 December 2025

 

The closing time and date for receipt of tenders is Friday, 5 December 2025 at 11:00. Tenders shall be submitted electronically via email.

 

The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL) on behalf of ERO Engineers (Pty) Ltd invites suitably experience Supervisory Surveyors registered with the South African Geomatics Council (SAGC) for the undertaking of the site supervisory surveyor subservices in accordance with relevant chapters in TMH11 Version 3.0 dated April 2017 and in particular Chapter “10 Supervision and Construction Surveys for the construction of roads and bridges” for the upgrading of National Route 2 Section 7 between Kraaibosch (km 28.60) and Die Vleie (km 43.58). This project is in the province of the Western Cape and Garden Route District Municipality, and the approximate duration is 12 months, commencing January 2026.

 

Preferences are offered to tenderers who comply with the criteria stated in the Tender Data.

 

Only tenderer who meet the minimum requirements for the key person and are registered on CSD as stated in clause C 2.1 will be eligible to tender.

Tenderers must have access to Microsoft © Office 2013 and Acrobat Adobe © 9.0 or similar compatible software.

 

Tenderers must submit, via email, the duly completed Form A1.1 Certificate of Intention to Submit a Tender prior to 28 November 2025. Failure to submit this certificate would result in the tenderer not receiving addenda or additional issued information and may result in the tenderer being non-responsive, if “any material amendments/s” contained in the addenda or additional information is not included in the tender offer/submission.

 

TENDERER’S MEETING

 

No compulsory tender clarification meeting will be applicable to this tender.

 

COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF TENDERS

 

The closing time and date for receipt of tenders is 11:00 on Friday, 5 December 2025.

 

Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, printed and late tenders will not be accepted.
