T1.1  TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER

 

TOLCON Group Pty (Ltd) invites tenders for:

 

THE REINSTATEMENT OF STREETLIGHTING ALONG NATIONAL ROUTE N4 SECTION 12 (KM 44,0 TO KM 46,5), INCLUDING R104 AND SECONDARY ROADS, APPROACHING BAPONG TRAFFIC CONTROL CENTRES, NORTHWEST PROVINCE, SOUTH AFRICA

 

near Bapong in the province of North West. The duration is Three (3) Months.

 

CIDB Regulation 25 (1B) will not be applicable to this contract.

 

Only tenderers who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database as stated in the Tender Data C.2.1.1, are eligible to tender.

 

It is estimated that tenderers should have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 4EP or higher, however tenderers attention is drawn to clause C.2.1 of the Tender Data when submitting their tender.

 

Tenders from tenderers registered as potentially emerging enterprises but with a CIDB contractor grading designation lower than a contractor grading designation determined in accordance with the sum tendered, or a value determined in accordance with Regulation 25(7A) of the Construction Industry Development Regulations, will not be accepted.

A Compulsory briefing session

 

A compulsory briefing session will be conducted Physically on the 26th NOVEMBER 2025, at 10H00 for a period of ± 2 hours.

The briefing session will start punctually, and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Tenderers arriving late.

 

Late arrivals (15 Minutes late) will not be allowed to participate in the meeting, and their submissions shall be declared non-responsive. A tenderer’s representative cannot represent more than one tenderer at the tender briefing meeting.

 

A tender clarification briefing presentation will be sent to all Tenderers who attended the briefing session. It is the responsibility of the Tenderer to ensure they receive the presentation.

 

Closing Date

The closing date and time for receipt of tenders is Friday, 12th  DECEMBER 2025 @12H00 (South African Time).
