SUBCONTRACT PACKAGE NO: VNW 89 FOR SUPPLY AND ERECTION OF PRECAST CONCRETE WALL ON N2/1 WEST (KM 31.6 to KM30.9)
NOTICE TO TENDER
Only tenderers who is an EME or QSE Targeted Enterprise as defined in C3.2.2.5 are eligible to tender.
It is estimated that tenderers should have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 3CE/4CE. However, tenderers’ attention is drawn to clause 4.1.1 of the Tender Data when submitting their tender.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who comply with the criteria stated in the Tender Data.
Subcontract documents will be available from Tuesday, 3 December 2025 at 10am. A request to lyall.b@vearoad1.co.za can be sent to recieve documents.
Alternatively, can be collected at the VEA Site Offices in Bellville, 11 Santos Park, Cilmor street, Stikland. Documents will also be loaded onto SANRAL’s ESDD to download.
A compulsory tender clarification meeting and site visit will be held on Friday 5 December 2025 at 10h00.
Closing time for receipt of hard copy tender submissions (including excel BoQ on Flash drive) is 10:00 on Friday 23 January 2026. The address to deliver all tenders is 11 Santos Park, Cilmor street, Stikland.
Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, e-mail, facsimile and late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
Requirements for completing, sealing, addressing, delivery, opening and assessment of tenders are stated in the Tender Data.
