Interested business enterprises, who are registered, located and operate from within Richtersveld Local Municipality, Namakwa District Municipality, Nothern Cape Province and South Africa are hereby invited to express their interests for the above construction works packages and plant and equipment hire services.

If you believe that your company meets the requirements and would like to be considered as a potential service provider for any of the above construction services and / supply services, which tenders and quotations will be advertised in due course, please submit your expression of interest together with the following supporting documents.

1. Proof of B-BBEE Level 1 or 2 status,
2. Proof of Exempted Micro Enterprise (EME) or Qualifying Small Enterprise (QSE) status,
3. Proof of registration on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD),
4. Proof of active registration with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) in the Contractor Grading Designation 1 CE or higher

(iv)       Proof of compliance with the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases (COID) Act, and

5. Proof of tax compliance.

Please note that by expressing your interest for any of the above packages and / or services, it does not guarantee that your company will get any work from Zabest Properties.

Preference will be given amongst others to companies within project area (Local Municipality), District Municipality, Province then the rest of South Africa as follows

1. Richtersveld Local Municipality (location of the project)
2. Namakwa District Municipality
3. Nothern Cape
4. South Africa

COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

The closing time for receipt of electronic Expression of Interest submissions is 10h00 on Thursday, 05 February 2026.
