ROMH Consulting invites tenders on behalf of the Applicant, the South African National Roads Agency SOC limited, for the Subservice of managing the environmental process and monitoring environmental compliance during construction for THE UPGRADE FROM GRAVEL TO SURFACED ON NATIONAL ROUTE 380 SECTION 2 FROM SANTOY (KM 8.40) TO MCCARTHY’S REST (KM 118.46). This project is in the province of Northern Cape and in the district municipality of John Taolo Gaetsewe. The approximate programme for design is to be completed by March 2026, followed by construction monitoring of 33 months, commencing July 2027.

Tenderers must submit, via email, the duly completed Form A1.1 Certificate of Intention to Submit a Tender
within seven (7) days from the tender advertisement date 13 February 2026. Failure to submit this certificate
would result in the tenderer not receiving addenda or additional issued information and may result in the
tenderer being non-responsive.

COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF TENDERS
The closing time for receipt of tenders is 11:00 on 12 March 2026.
Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, e-mail, facsimile and late tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted in the format as stated in the Tender Data.
