T1.1 TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER (SBD1)

Bona Electronic Solutions (Pty) Ltd appointed by The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (“SANRAL”) for the THE EASTERN CAPE INTELLIGENT TRANSPORT SYSTEM (ITS) - DESIGN, BUILD, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN contract and invites tenders for the sub-service of the installation of Mountain Pass Snow Incident Monitoring System for 24 months (CONTRACT SANRAL X.003-023-2018/1/SP1 AND X.003-055-2020/1/SP1).

Only tenderers who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database at the closing date for tender submissions and who have a B-BBEE contributor status level of 1, 2, 3 or 4 are eligible to tender.

Only tenderers that meet all the eligibility criteria included in T2 Forms B1 and B2 will be considered and will be evaluated further on price and preference.

Preferences are offered to tenderers who comply with the criteria stated in the Tender Data.

TENDERERS’ BRIEFING AND TRAINING

A non-compulsory tender clarification briefing session with representatives of the Client, Contractor and Engineer will take place at online on Microsoft Teams on 10 March 2026 at 11h00.

Prospective tenderers must pre-book for the clarification briefing. FORM A1.1 CERTIFICATE OF INTENTION TO SUBMIT A TENDER must be submitted by email to jan@itsglobal.co.za before 11:00 on 9 March 2026 to receive the invitation to the briefing session.

COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF TENDERS

The closing time for receipt of tenders is 11:00am on 20 March 2026.
