 UNDER CONTRACT SANRAL N.003-010-2017/9 FOR THE CAPACITY IMPROVEMENTS ON N3 SECTION1 FROM WESTVILLE VIADUCT (KM11.8) TO PARADISE VALLEY INTERCHANGE (KM 17.57)

T1.1 TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER (SBD1)

AQUAEXR JV (PTY) LTD invites tenders from experienced EME/QSE subcontractors for the Construction of Work Packages as detailed below for THE CAPACITY IMPROVEMENTS ON N3 FROM WESTVILLE VIADUCT (KM11.8) TO PARADISE VALLEY INTERCHANGE (KM17.57) endorsed by The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL). This project is in the province of KwaZulu Natal in the district municipality of EThekwini Metro Municipality.

Only tenderers who comply with the definition of a Targeted Enterprise under clause 2.1.1 and are at least 51% Black owned and who is an EME or QSE or a cooperative, are eligible to tender. 

Only tenderers who meet the minimum functionality score as stated in clause C3.11.1 will be evaluated further on price and preference. It is estimated that tenderers should have a CIDB contractor grading designation as indicated in the table below. Tenderers must have access to Microsoft Office © 2013 and Acrobat Adobe ©9.0, or similar compatible software.  As per table above and stipulated dates all advertised packages will have a prerecorded/ powerpoint tender briefing uploaded via the link above. 

 COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF TENDERS

The closing time for receipt of tenders will be as per above table at 39 Alexander Road Westmead Pinetown KZN. 

Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, email, facsimile, and late tenders will not be accepted.
