T1.1 TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER (Incorporating SBD1)

Naidu Consulting (Pty) Ltd invites tenders on behalf of the Applicant, the South African National Roads Agency SOC limited, for the Subservice of managing the environmental process during the design development phase for The Dualling of National Route 2 from Colchester, Section 11 (km 68.00) to Nanaga, Section 12 (Km 10.00)

This project is in the Eastern Cape Province and in the Sarah Baartman District Municipality (DC10) and Nelson Mandela Bay Metropolitan Municipality. The approximate programme for design is to be completed by October 2026, followed by construction monitoring of 42 months, commencing in August 2027.

TENDER DOCUMENTS

Tenderers must submit, via email, the duly completed Form A1.1 Certificate of Intention to Submit a Tender with in seven (7) days post the tender advertisement date 15 April 2026. Failure to submit this certificate would result in the tenderer not receiving addenda or additional issued information and may result in the tenderer being non-responsive, if “any material amendment/s” contained in the addenda or additional information is not included in the tender offer/submission.

COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF TENDERS

The closing time for receipt of tenders is 11:00 on 15 May 2026.
