INVITATION TO TENDER

BASE MAJOR CSC Joint Venture invites tenders from experienced EME/QSE subcontractors for Contract SANRAL N.002-250-2024/1

- for the Capacity Improvements to the EB CLOETE INTERCHANGE (km 17,21) on National Route 2 – Section 25 on behalf of BASE MAJOR CSC Joint Venture, in accordance with the requirements of The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL).

Tenderers who satisfy the following criteria are eligible to submit tenders:

1. At least 51% Black owned, Military Veteran, Person Living with Disabilities and Women
2. Registered with CIDB (if applicable).
3. Registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
4. Registered with the CIPC.
5. Exempted Micro Enterprise (EME) or Qualifying Small Enterprise (QSE).
6. Registered with the South African Revenue Service (SARS).
7. Compliant with the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA).

Notes to Tenderers:

1. Documents are obtainable by request from cpgprocurement@bmcscjv.co.za on Monday 20 April 2026 until Saturday 25 April 2026 (08h00 – 16h00). No documents will be issued after these dates. Tenderers       are to quote the relevant tender number when requesting documents.
2. A link to the clarification briefing meeting will be sent to tenderers who have requested the documents via email.
3. The clarification briefing dates and closing dates are as per below. No late submissions will be accepted.
