A 1.1 TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER (Incorporating SBD1)

CTP Projects (Pty) Ltd invites Tenderers from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for undertaking Stakeholder Engagement, Social Facilitation and Recruitment Support Services as part of the Consulting Engineering Services for the Special Maintenance of R63 Section 7 from EC Border (Km 40.2) to Dassiesfontein (Km 69.2).

This project is located in the Eastern Cape Province, within the Sarah Baartman District Municipality and Dr Beyers Naude Local Municipality. The appointment for this subservice is anticipated to occur in January 2027 and run for 24 months

Preferences are offered to tenderers who comply with the criteria stated in the Tender Data.

Tenderers will first be evaluated against the eligibility criteria to determine compliance with the specified requirements. Thereafter, compliant tenders will be evaluated based on functionality, with a minimum threshold score of 70% required to proceed. Tenderers achieving the minimum functionality threshold will then be evaluated in terms of price and preference criteria.

Only Tenders that comply with the following B-BBEE contributor status levels are eligible to tender:

• The Tenderer shall have a consolidated project specific B-BBEE scorecard of status Level 1 or 2.

In the event of Joint Venture (JV), the Lead Partner must be a suitably experienced consulting firm and the Targeted Partner being a Targeted Enterprise as defined in the tender data.

• The Joint Venture shall have a consolidated project specific B-BBEE scorecard of status Level 1 or 2.
• Lead Partner must have a B-BBEE contributor status level of 1
• Targeted Partner must have a B-BBEE contributor level of 1 or 2.

Tenderers must submit the duly completed Form B-3 Certificate of Intention to Submit a Tender by email to ctptenders@outlook.com before 11 August 2026. Failure to submit this certificate may result in the tenderer not receiving addenda or other issued information and may render the tender non-responsive.

No clarification meeting will be held.

COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF TENDERS

The closing time and date for receipt of tenders is 17h00 on Wednesday, 26 August 2026.
