T1.1 TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER
CLOSING DATE 13 October 2026 (AT 11:00)

The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL) on behalf of AFMS Group (Pty) Ltd invites suitably qualified tenderers for Sub-Contract for Hygiene Services.

These services are required for the South African National Roads Agency (SOC) Limited (SANRAL) KZN Provincial Office situated at 24 and 58 Van Eck Place, Mkondeni, Pietermaritzburg

Only tenderers who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database, are eligible to tender.

Preferences are offered to tenderers who comply with the criteria stated in the Tender Data.

TENDER DOCUMENTS

Tender documents may be requested via email from procurement4@fm-solutions.co.za.

Tenderers must submit, via email, the duly completed RD1 and RD2 Certificate of Intention to Submit a Tender within seven (7) days from the tender advertisement date. Failure to submit this certificate would result in the tenderer not receiving addenda or additional issued information and may result in the tenderer being non-responsive.

TENDERERS MEETING

Non-compulsory site visit sessions will be held 11:00 on the 22 September 2026.

COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF TENDERS

The closing date and time for receipt of tenders is on the 13 October 2026 at 11h00.

Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, email, facsimile and late tenders will not be accepted.

Tenders may only be submitted in the format as stated in the Tender Data.

Requirements for sealing, addressing, delivery, opening and assessment of tenders are stated in the Tender Data.
