TENDER ADVERT
CONTRACT NO: SANRAL N.002-250-2020/3- THE REHABILITATION OF B112 – SARNIA ROAD GRADE SEPARATION ON N2 SECTION 25, KM 11.4 IN THE ETHEKWINI DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY
There are two work packages being advertised for tender:
#1 – RFQ7 – PROVISION OF ACCREDITED SKILLS AND GENERIC TRAINING (supply)
#2 – SC8 – CONSTRUCTION OF GABIONS (construction)

RFQ 7 closes: 25 January 2023 at 11:00
SC8 closes: 3 February 2023 at 11:00
Tenderer’s must ensure that the correct e-mail address is used. No late submissions will be accepted.
Tenderers who satisfy the following criteria are eligible to submit quotations
1. At least 51% black owned.
2. The service provider must be registered as a business with CIPC.
3. Exempted Micro Enterprise (EME) or a Qualifying Small Enterprise (QSE)
4. Registered with the South African Revenue Service (SARS)
5. Compliant with the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA)
6. Preference will be given to service providers that adhere to the tender criteria as stated in the tender data.
LIST OF RETURNABLE DOCUMENTS
2.1.1 . Certified copy of ID of the company director
2.1.2 . Proof of ownership of venue or valid lease agreement
2.1.3 . Valid original tax clearance certificate
2.1.4 . Company registration document (CIPC/CK)
2.1.5 . Letter of Good Standing from the Department of Labour.
2.1.6 . Proof of physical address/ municipal rates account/ letter from ward councillor to prove the tenderer’s locality.
2.1.7 . Proof of registration with the Military Veterans Organisation if you are a military veteran.
2.1.8 . Proof of Compliance with the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA)
2.1.9 . Company profile 2.1.10. BBB-EE certificate or affidavit from a SANAS accredited provider
2.1.11. VAT registration document if registered as VAT vendor
2.1.12. Proof of registration with CSD
2.1.13. The service provider must be accredited and have in its employ practitioners, assessors and moderators who are registered with CETA (Construction Education Training Authority) Proof of accreditation and registration must be valid and list the NQF levels and unit standards for which the entity and its staff are accredited. This proof must be submitted with the quotation.
2.1.14. A quotation document. Failure to submit any of the above documents will render the quotation offer non-responsive.
