TENDER FOR CLEANING SERVICES AT THE SOUTH AFRICAN NATIONAL ROADS AGENCY (SOC) LIMITED (SANRAL) SOUTHERN REGION OFFICE

Zutari Pty Ltd invites Tenders for CLEANING SERVICES at the Southern Region Office of the South African National Roads Agency (SOC) Limited (SANRAL), for a period of three years (36 months)

In terms of the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, 2000 and Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2017:

  1. Tenders will only be accepted from tenderers with a B-BBEE level of 1 to 4.
  2. Tenderers must be an EME or QSE.
  3. Tenderers must be registered on CSD.
  4. A 80/20 preference point system will be applied for this tender.
  5. Tenders will be evaluated on the functionality offered by the tenderer.
  6. Tenderers will be required to demonstrate knowledge and expertise in their applications for this tender.
  7. Evaluation criteria, as contained and explained in this tender document will be measured objectively and points awarded for each criterion.
  8. The minimum threshold needed to qualify for the financial opening, will be 70 points. Any tender scoring below this threshold, will be considered as a non-responsive tender and will not be evaluated further.
  9. Each tender that obtains the minimum qualifying score of 70 points will be evaluated further on price and preference.

A compulsory clarification meeting for this tender will be held on 28 February 2023 at 10:00.

The closing date and time for receipt of tenders is 10:00 on 14th March 2023 at SANRAL’s Southern Region Office located at No 20 Shoreward Drive, Baywest, Port Elizabeth (GPS 25 ° , 27 ‘26 and 17 “ East, 33 ° , 57 ‘0 and 53 “ South)  Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, email, facsimile and Tenders arriving after the closing time will not be accepted.
