FOR THE ROAD MARKING OF THE MPUMALANGA NATIONAL ROAD NETWORK – WORK PACKAGE 1 (EHLANZENI DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY)

MEGA ROADS & CIVILS invites tenders from experienced EME/QSE subcontractors for contract SANRAL X.002-073-2018/1 (NON-TOLL) & X.0002-078-2018/1 (TOLL): FOR THE ROAD MARKING OF MPUMALANGA NATIONAL ROAD NETWORK – WORK PACKAGE 1 (EHLANZENI DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY) on behalf of Mega Roads & Civils in accordance with the requirements of The South African National Road Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL). This project is in the province of Mpumalanga, in the district of Ehlanzeni Municipality.

Subcontractors are required for the following subcontracts:

• Traffic Accommodation 1 x Works Package
• Removal of existing Road studs & Handwork 1 x Works Package
• Supply and installation of Road studs 2 x Works Package
• Supply of Road marking paint 1 x supplier


Pre-qualification documents required:


• Proof of B-BBEE contributor level
• Proof of EME or QSE status
• Registration on National Treasury’s CSD
• Compliance to COID Act
• TAX compliance
• Registration on CIDB, in the required grading and class


The tender documents will be made available electronically from 16 February 2023 via email from the PLO, PLC and it will also be distributed using the SMME data base in Bushbuckridge.
Hardcopies submission with all the required documents are to be submitted on the 09 March 2023 Bushbuckridge tourism center between 9:00am and 13:00pm
Only tenderers who are at least 51% black owned, who is an EME/QSE and meet the definition of a Targeted Enterprise and are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database at the tender closing date and meet the stipulated minimum threshold for local content and production as stated in the Tender Data are eligible to tender.
Only tenderers that meet all the eligibility criteria under clause 4.1.1 of the Tender Data will be considered.
