CONTRACT TITLE: AIRBORNE LIDAR SURVEY OF N11 LADYSMITH MUNICIPAL DRAINAGE AREA (APPROXIMATELY 1975 HA)
T1.1 TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER (INCORPORATING SBD1)
Invitation
Tenders are hereby invited from Survey Organisations:
a) Who qualifies as a company to practice as and perform the work of a Geomatics Professional in terms of section 17(1) of The Geomatics Profession Act, Act No. 19 of 2013, (Refer to TMH11 Version 3, Clause 1.18, for registration requirements),
b) That are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD),
c) Who has a minimum B-BBEE level of 2, and
d) Who qualifies as an EME or QSE,
e) Unless stated otherwise in the tender data, each tenderer and the Employer undertake to accept the jurisdiction of the law courts of the Republic of South Africa.
A tenderer that fails to meet any of the criteria stipulated above shall be disqualified.
Location of the project
The location of the survey is in the KwaZulu-Natal province, N11 Ladysmith Municipal Drainage Area (Approximately 1975 Ha)
Approximate programme of the project
The survey will be completed by 23 June 2023.
