Tenderers must submit the returnable documents and the quotation documents under the subject heading as follows: “CONTRACT NO: SANRAL N.002-250-2020/3-RFQ10- MILLING AND FILLING OF ASPHALT- TENDERER’S NAME”. Tenderer’s must ensure that the correct e-mail address is used. No late submissions will be accepted.

Tenderers who satisfy the following criteria are eligible to submit quotations

1. At least 51% black owned.

2. The service provider must be registered as a business with CIPC.

3. Exempted Micro Enterprise (EME) or a Qualifying Small Enterprise (QSE)

4. Registered with the South African Revenue Service (SARS)

5. Compliant with the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA)

6. Preference will be given to service providers that adhere to the tender criteria as stated in the tender data.

List of Returnable Documents

2.1.1 . Certified copy of ID of the company director

2.1.2 . Valid original tax clearance certificate

2.1.3 . Company registration document (CIPC/CK)

2.1.4 . Letter of Good Standing from the Department of Labour.

2.1.5 . Proof of physical address/ municipal rates account/ letter from ward councillor to prove the tenderer’s locality.

2.1.6 . Proof of registration with the Military Veterans Organisation if you are a military veteran.

2.1.7 . Proof of Compliance with the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA)

2.1.8 . Competency certificates and medical certificates for plant operators

2.1.9 . Proof of ownership of plant and company profile

2.1.10. BBB-EE certificate or affidavit from a SANAS accredited provider

2.1.11. VAT registration document if registered as VAT vendor

2.1.12. Proof of registration with CIDB if relevant

2.1.13. The completed quotation Failure to submit any of the above documents will render the quotation offer non-responsive.
