SECURITY SERVICES

WBHO Construction, main Contractor on CONTRACT SANRAL N.002-170-2013/1, hereby invites current and prospective subcontractors to tender on security services for the Ndabakazi Project.

The prospective Subcontractor will be responsible for security during day and night times and at various points. The security services to include security of diesel, plant, offices, material, containers and property. Subcontractors for this package must be registered in the Amathole district municipality.

The following documents are required as part of your tender.

Required Documentation

• Company CK documents
• Valid Tax clearance
• Valid Letter of Good Standing
• Proof of Residential Address
• B-BBEE level 1 or 2 Contributor
• PSIRA Registration
• Registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
• Completed tender agreement letter and BOQ

Tenders can be collected at WBHO Site Camp coordinates (-32.342263, 28.077310) (9km outside of Butterworth on the left) tenders open 7 June 2023.

Tenders must be delivered at the same location.

Compulsory tender clarification meeting will be held at WBHO site office in Ndabakazi on 11:00 15 June 2023.
