DIESEL SUPPLY

WBHO Construction, main Contractor on CONTRACT SANRAL N.002-170-2013/1, hereby invites current and prospective suppliers to tender on diesel supply for the Ndabakazi Project.

The prospective Suppliers will be responsible for diesel supply. Suppliers for this packages must be registered in the Eastern Cape.

The following documents are required as part of your tender.

Required Documentation

• Company CK documents
• Valid Tax clearance
• Valid Letter of Good Standing
• Proof of Residential Address
• B-BBEE level 1 or 2 Contributor
• Registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
• Bulk/ Wholesale licence
• Proof of experience in the industry
• Completed tender agreement letter
• Submit an official quotation

Tenders can be collected at WBHO Site Camp coordinates (-32.342263, 28.077310) (9km outside of Butterworth on the left) tenders open 7 June 2023.

Tenders must be delivered at the same location or emailed.

Compulsory tender clarification meeting will be held on 12:00 15 June 2023 at WBHO site office.
