TRAFFIC ACCOMMODATION

WBHO Construction, main Contractor on CONTRACT SANRAL N.002-170-2013/1, hereby invites current and prospective subcontractors to tender on Traffic Accommodation services for the Ndabakazi Project.

The prospective Subcontractor will be responsible for traffic accommodation services including maintenance and construction of temporary accommodation works. Subcontractors for this package has to be registered in the Eastern Cape Province.

The following documents are required as part of your tender.

Required Documentation

• Target active CIDB Grading of level 3
• Company CK documents
• Valid Tax clearance
• Valid Letter of Good Standing
• Proof of Residential Address
• B-BBEE level 1 or 2 Contributor
• Registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
• Completed tender agreement letter and BOQ

Tenders can be collected at WBHO Site Camp coordinates (-32.342263, 28.077310) (9km outside of Butterworth on the left) tenders open 7 June 2023.

Tenders must be delivered at the same location.

A compulsory attendance tender clarification meeting will be held 13:00 15 June 2023 at WBHO Site Camp.
