A non-compulsory briefing session will be held on:

Venue: TEAMS MEETING – Link will be provided to Service Providers that have submitted the letter of intent.
Bid documents will be received as per the dates stated above and must be enclosed in sealed envelopes, clearly bearing the applicable Bid number, title/description and closing date and time, and must be deposited in the provided BID BOX at the SANRAL WESTERN REGION Office:

The tenders will be opened at 2.00pm on the 28th July 2023 at the SANRAL Western Region office.
The right to accept or not to accept the lowest, or any Bid, or not to appoint at all is reserved. No late Bids will be accepted.
