TENDER PREREQUISITES

1. Only tenderers who comply with the definition of a Targeted Enterprise under clause 2.1.1 and are at least 51% Black owned and who is an EME or QSE or co-operative, are eligible to tender. 2. In addition, preference will be given to Targeted Enterprises that are at least 51% owned by Black Youth. 3. CIDB contractor grading designation of 6CE. 4. Tenderers to note that should they be awarded they will be provided with a CIDB Grade 1 or 2 CE Contractor with whom they will have to work with on the project and provide mentorship. The exact terms will be negotiated upon contract award.
