CONTRACT SANRAL N.002-160-2018/1 FOR RESEAL ON NATIONAL ROUTE N2 OF SECTION 16 FROM MOOIPLAAS (KM 49.9) TO KOMGA T-JUNCTION (KM 70.2)

Tau Pele Construction (Pty) Ltd is inviting prospective contractors, service delivery specialists and suppliers within the Local Municipality (LM) of Great Kei and District Municipality (DM) of Amathole to submit an expression of interest in the following fields (applicable CIDB grading, and class shown in brackets): 
 
•    Security On Site (no CIDB registration required)
•    Supply of Diesel Fuel to Site (no CIDB registration required)
•    Accommodation of Traffic (no CIDB registration required)
•    Performance Based Vehicle Restraint Systems (CIDB 4 CE)
•    Drains (CIDB 1-2 CE)
•    Concrete Kerbing and Channeling, Asphalt Berms, Chutes, Downpipes, Concrete, Stone Pitched and Gabion Linings for Open Drains (CIDB 3-4 CE)
•    Rut and / or Depression Correction and Standard Crack Sealing (CIDB 1-2 CE)
•    Supply and Haulage of Asphalt (no CIDB registration required)
•    Road Restraint Systems (CIDB 3-4 CE)
•    Fencing (CIDB 1-2 CE or SQ)
•    Road Signs (CIDB 1-2 CE or SK)
•    Road Markings and Road Studs (CIDB 3-4 CE or SK)
•    Finishing The Road and Road Reserve and Treating Old Roads (CIDB 1-2 CE)
 
For supplier packages, no CIDB registration will be applicable. Where an application for re-instating of active status or for upgrading of status has been made with the CIDB in writing and the decision is pending, proof of this application and acknowledgement of receipt of the application by the CIDB is to be provided. NO Joint Venture (JV) applications shall be considered. 

The following documentation will be required from prospective tenderers: 
 
•    Printed copy of the Active Supplier Listing on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database
•    Certified copy of CIPC Document, Company Registration and Shareholders Information 
•    Valid SARS Tax Clearance Certificate or Tax Compliance Status PIN 
•    Certified copy of Identity Documents of Owner, Directors and/or Shareholding members of the company 
•    Letter of Good Standing (FEM or COIDA). 
•    B-BBEE Verification or Sworn Affidavit
•    CIDB Certificate (if applicable). 

Submissions of all the documents as mentioned above must delivered to Tau Pele Construction Site Offices in hardcopy located behind Caltex Komga Fuel Station on the N2 (GPS 32°35'41.8"S 27°57'00.6"E).
