TENDER BRIEFING:

A Compulsory tender clarification briefing presentation will be held at the Kokstad Town Hall on,

• For F1.1-2: CD Project Side Walk – Wednesday, 04 October 2023 arrivals at 09:30am for 10:00am

• For C12.1-2: Concrete Line Drains – Thursday, 05 October 2023 arrivals at 09:30am for 10:00am.

• A compulsory Pre-tender training will be available – Wednesday and Thursday, 04 & 05 October 2023 from 11:00am to 12:00pm,

The training will be including the following:

- How to complete a tender document

- Rate Breakdown

- Returnable schedule submission.

TENDERER DOCUMENT:

Hard Copies of the tender documents will be available for collection:

- For F1.1-2 from Wednesday,27 September 2023 from 10:00am till 17:00pm on Weekdays, and from 10:00am to 16:00pm on Friday.

- For C12.1-2 from Thursday ,28 September 2023 from 10:00am till 17:00pm on Weekdays, and from 10:00am to 16:00pm on Friday.

TENDER CLOSING DATE:

F1.1-2: CD Project Side Walk – 13:00pm on Wednesday, 11 October 2023

C12.1-2: Concrete Line Drains – 13:00pm on Thursday, 12 October 2023

Hard Copy Tender submissions can be dropped at the H&I construction site office. No electronic submissions will be accepted
