The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL) on behalf of Royal Mndawe Holdings T/A ROMH Consulting invites Joint Ventures between suitably experienced, SANAS accredited laboratories and Targeted Partners for the undertaking of the site laboratory sub-services in accordance with SANS 3001 for the Periodic Maintenance (Resurfacing) of National Route 9 Section 7 from Vaalkop (KM 79.00) to Colesberg (KM 94.93). This project is in the province of Northern Cape in the district municipality of Pixley ka Seme and the approximate duration is 6 months, commencing November 2023.

Preferences are offered to tenderers who comply with the criteria stated in the Tender Data.

The tenderers will be evaluated on functionality (quality) criteria with a threshold of 60%.

Only tenderer who are a Joint Ventures (JV), meet the minimum requirements for the key persons and are registered on CSD as stated in clause C 2.1 will be eligible to tender.

Tenderers must submit, via email, the duly completed Form A1.1 Certificate of Intention to Submit a Tender prior to FRIDAY, 13 OCTOBER 2023.  Failure to submit this certificate would result in the tenderer not receiving addenda or additional issued information and may result in the tenderer being non-responsive.

The closing time and date for the reciept of tenders is 11:00am on the 27th October 2023
