2.1 TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER
Enterprises UP(E-UP) invites tenders from service providers for the professional services of graphic design of road safety education social media posts and road safety education learner material as stipulated in paragraph 6 of this document.
Only tenderers who are registered on the CSD at the tender closing date and meet the mandatory technical requirement as stated in clause 4.1.1 of the Tender Data are eligible to tender.
There is no sub-contracting to Designated groups requirements for this project.
Joint Ventures (JV) will be allowed on condition that one JV partner is a Targeted Enterprise. The JV partner will, however, not contribute to sub-contract target for Targeted Enterprises.
Please take note this is a one-envelope system.
