CONTRACT NUMBER: SANRAL N.008-060-2021/1 – THE PERIODIC MAINTENANCE OF NATIONAL ROUTE 8 SECTION 6 FROM ROOISAND (KM 8.17) TO WATERFORD (KM 45.00)
 

                                               EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Roadmac Surfacing is inviting for the above-mentioned Contract on the N8, starting 8.17 Km out of Groblershoop and continue for 37km towards Kimberley, prospective contractors, service delivery specialists and suppliers to submit an expression of interest in the following fields:

•Texture slurry - Application of texture slurry to existing road.
•Fog spray – Cover Spray of Bitumen Emulsion.
•Asphalt - Supply and transport asphalt.
•14 mm Seal Stone – Supply & Transportation of seal stone.
•Bitumen rubber S-R2-Supply and spray bitumen rubber S-R2 for seal operations.
•Roadstuds – Removal, supply and install new road studs.
•Guardrails – Supply and Installation.

The following documentation will be required from prospective tenderers to qualify for the work:

•Company Profile and Registration Documents – Please indicate the following on your Company Profile: (Black Youth, Black Woman, Black Military Veterans, or other owned and previous experience with contactable references.)

•Valid Tax Clearance Certificate” SARS issues pin’’.
•B-BBEE Verification Certificate.
•Letter of Good Standing (FEM or COIDA).
•CIDB Certificate (contractors only not suppliers).
•Registration on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD).

The expression of interest is for information gathering only, all subcontract tenders will be advertised and open to all to tender whether entities has responded to the Expression of Interest or not.
