SUBCONTRACT PACKAGES FOR SANRAL N.003-010-2017/9: THE CAPACITY IMPROVEMENTS ON N3 SECTION 1 FROM WESTVILLE VIADUCT (KM 11.80) TO PARADISE VALLEY INTERCHANGE (KM 17.57)

T1.1 TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER (SBD1)

AQUAEXR JV (PTY) LTD invites tenders from experienced EME or QSE subcontractors for Contract the following subcontract packages, endorsed by The South African National Roads Agency [SOC] Limited (SANRAL). These subcontract packages are in the province of KwaZulu Natal and in the district municipality of eThekwini Metro and local municipality of eThekwini.

Subcontractors are required for the following subcontracts packages:

WORKS PACKAGE

PROVISION OF SITE AND OFFICE SECURITY N.003-010-2017/9-CPG-S02

The approximate duration is 12 months contract.

Only tenderers who comply with the definition of a Targeted Enterprise under clause C.2.1.1 and are at least 51% Black owned and who is an EME or QSE or cooperative, are eligible to tender.

Only tenderers that meet all the eligibility criteria under clause C.2.1.1 of the Tender Data will be considered.

Only tenderers who meet the minimum functionality score as stated in clause C.3.11 will be evaluated further on price and preference.

The tenderers attention is drawn to clause C.2.1.1 of the Tender Data for each work package when submitting their tender.

Tenderers are to be in possession of a current and valid PSIRA registration certificate.

No CIDB registration is required for this package.

Preferences are offered to tenderers who comply with the criteria stated in the Tender Data.

Reservation/requesting of tender documents is during the hours 09h00 to 16h00 (Monday to Friday), from 31 October 2023.

TENDERERS’ BRIEFING AND TRAINING

A tender clarification presentation will be uploaded via share drive. Tenderers may request the link via email on document request.

The tender clarification presentation will be uploaded on Wednesday 1st NOVEMBER @ 11h00. Prospective tenderers may send arequest for a link to the clarification briefing to the following address cpg@aquaexrjv.co.za.

COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF TENDERS

The closing time for receipt of tenders is Wednesday, the 8 November 2023 @ 14h00.

Only tender offers submitted in Hardcopy and delivered to 39 Alexander Road Westmead into tender box will be accepted.

Tenders may only be submitted in the format as stated as above.
