SUBCONTRACTS TO N.009-070-2022/5: PERIODIC MAINTENANCE (RESURFACING) ON NATIONAL ROUTE 9 SECTION 7 FROM VAALKOP (KM 79.0) TO COLESBERG (KM 94.553)

 NOTIFICATION OF CANCELLATION OF WORK PACKAGES

 Roadmac Surfacing Cape hereby notifies tenderers of cancellation of subcontract packages for CONTRACT SANRAL N.009-070-2022/5 for the PERIODIC MAINTENANCE (RESURFACING) ON NATIONAL ROUTE 9 SECTION 7 FROM VAALKOP (KM 79.0) TO COLESBERG (KM 94.553) on behalf of the South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL).  

This project is in the province of Northern Cape and in the Umsobomvu Local Municipality and in the Pixley ka Seme District Municipality.

 The following sub-contract packages are being cancelled:

This notice is hereby issued in terms of Section 13(2) of the Preferential Procurement Regulation, that the above-mentioned Work Packages have been cancelled. 

 The decision to cancel a tender invitation in terms of sub-regulation (1) must be published in the same manner in which the tender invitation was advertised.
