3. PACKAGE T11: TCC RETAINING WALL

TARGETED AREA: TARGET AREA 1 & 2 - GKM & HARRY GWALA

CIBD Requirement: 2 CE

TENDER BRIEFING:

A Compulsory tender clarification briefing presentation will be held at the Kokstad Town Hall on,

• For B14.1-2: Sidewalk Construction - Wednesday, 22 November 2023 arrivals at 9:30am for 10:00am.

• For C9.1: Down chute (inlet & outlet) – Wednesday, 22 November 2023, arrivals at 11:30am for 12:00pm.

• For T11: Retaining Wall – Thursday, 23 November 2023, arrivals @ 9:30am for 10:00am

• Pre-tender training will be available

– Tuesday 22 & 23 November 2023 from 11:00am to 12:00pm, which will be including the following:

- How to complete a tender document

- Rate Breakdown

- Returnable schedule submission.

TENDERER DOCUMENT:

Hard Copies of the tender documents will be available for collection from Monday, 13 November 2023, Thursday, 23 November 2023 from 10:00am till 17:00pm

TENDER CLOSING DATE:

B14.1-2: Sidewalk Construction – 13:00 on Wednesday, 29 November 2023

C9.1: Down chute (inlet & outlet) – 13:00 on Wednesday, 29 November 2023

T11: TCC Retaining Wall – 13:00 on Thursday, 30 November 2023

Hard Copy Tender collections & submissions can be collected or dropped at the H&I construction site office. No electronic collection or submissions will be accepted.
