TENDER BRIEFING:

A Compulsory tender clarification briefing presentation will be held at the Kokstad Town Hall on,

• For C13: Road Layer Construction - Tuesday, 28 November 2023 arrivals at 9:30am for 10:00am.

• For C5: Gabion Construction – Tuesday, 28 November 2023, arrivals at 11:45:am for 12:00pm.

• For T9: TCC Carports & Bases – Thursday, 30 November 2023, arrivals @ 9:30am for 10:00am

• Pre-tender training will be available – Tuesday, 28 November 2023 & Thursday, 30 November 2023 from 11:00am to 11:30am, which will be including the following:

- How to complete a tender document

- Rate Breakdown

- Returnable schedule submission.

TENDERER DOCUMENT:

Hard Copies of the tender documents will be available for collection from Monday, 27 November 2023, until 01 December 2023 from 10:00am till 17:00pm

TENDER CLOSING DATE:

C13: Road Layer Construction – 13:00 on Tuesday, 05 December 2023

C5: Gabion Construction – 13:00 on Tuesday, 05 December 2023

T9: TCC Carports & Bases – 13:00 on Thursday, 07 December 2023

Hard Copy Tender collections & submissions can be collected or dropped at the H&I construction site office. No electronic collection or submissions will be accepted.
