EXPRESSION OF INTEREST NOTICE Roadmac surfacing (Pty) Ltd is inviting prospective contractors, service delivery specialists and suppliers within the Ekurhuleni metropolitan municipality to submit an expression of interest in the following fields (Applicable CIDB grading, and class shown in brackets) • Provision of Security (no CIDB registration required, PSIRA registration required) • Supply and service of Chemical toilets (no CIDB registration required, waste disposal certificate required) • Bulk supply of diesel (no CIDB registration required) • Supply of 19ton asphalt tipper trucks (no CIDB registration required) • Supply of binders for asphalt (no CIDB registration required) • Routine road maintenance of existing public roads within the Site of the Works or other public roads outside the Site of the Works which are used as detours (CIDB 1CE) • Standard crack sealing (CIDB 1CE) • Saw-cutting existing materials within the road (CIDB 2CE) • Patching and edge break repair (CIDB 2CE) • Supply of 12 m3 tipper trucks as and when required. (CIDB 2CE) • Supply of 19ton asphalt tipper trucks as and when required (CIDB 2CE) • Roadmaking and road studs (CIDB 4CE/4SB) • Accommodation of traffic (CIDB 4CE) For supplier packages, no CIDB registration will be applicable. The following documentation will be required from prospective tenderers to qualify for the work: • Company Profile and Registration Documents – Please indicate the following on your Company Profile: (Black Youth, Black Woman, Black Military Veterans or other owned). • Proof of Company Locality within City of Ekurhuleni • Valid Tax Clearance Certificate” SARS issues pin’’. • B-BBEE Verification Certificate. • Letter of Good Standing (FEM or COIDA). • CIDB Certificate (contractors only not suppliers). • Registration on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD) • Proof that the tenderer is registered at the BCCEI or any other applicable bargaining council. • Other Proof of Registration or certificates as requested.
