2. PACKAGE B15.3: KERB AND CHANNEL INSTALLATION

TARGETED AREA: TARGET AREA 1 - GKM ONLY

CIBD Requirement: 1 CE

3. PACKAGE F3.2: CONSTRUCTION OF IN-SITU CONCRETE CULVERT

TARGETED AREA: TARGET AREA 1&2 - GKM AND HARRY GWALA DISTRICT

CIBD Requirement: 3 CE PE & 4 CE

TENDER BRIEFING:

A Compulsory tender clarification briefing presentation will be held at the Kokstad Town Hall on,

-For F3.1: Road Reserve Fencing - Wednesday, 31 January 2024 arrivals at 8:30am for 9:00am.

-For B15.3: Kerb and Channel installation – Wednesday, 31 January 2024 arrivals at 10:30am for 11:00am.

-For F3.2: Construction of In-situ concrete culvert – Wednesday, 31 January 2024 arrivals at 12:30pm -Pre-tender training will be available – Wednesday, 31 January 2024 from 09:45am to 10:30 am, 11:45 – 12:30 and 13:45

– 14:30 which will be including the following:

- How to complete a tender document

- Rate Breakdown

- Returnable schedule submission.

TENDERER DOCUMENT:

Hard Copies of the tender documents will be available for collection from Monday, 20 January 2024, until 01 February 2024 from 10:00am till 16:00pm

TENDER CLOSING DATE:

F3.1: Road Reserve Fencing – 13:00 on Wednesday, 07 February 2024

B15.3: Kerb and Channel installation – 13:00 on Wednesday, 07 February 2024

F3.2: Construction of in-situ concrete culvert – 13:00 on Wednesday, 07 February 2024

Hard Copy Tender collections & submissions can be collected or dropped at the H&I construction site office.
