TENDER BRIEFING:
A Compulsory tender clarification briefing presentation will be held at the Kokstad Town Hall on,
- For F3.3: Construction of Earth and Layer works - Tuesday, 6 February 2024 arrivals at 8:30am for 9:00am.
- For F3.4: Accommodation of Traffic - Tuesday, 6 February 2024 arrivals at 10:30am for 11:00am.
- For T11: Construction of Retaining Wall - Tuesday, 6 February 2024 arrivals at 12:30pm for 13:00pm.
- Pre-tender training will be available - Tuesday, 6 February 2024 from 09:45am to 10:30 am, 11:45 - 12:30 and 13:45 –14:30 which will be including the following:
- How to complete a tender document
- Rate Breakdown
- Returnable schedule submission.
TENDERER DOCUMENT:
Hard Copies of the tender documents will be available for collection from Tuesday, 30 January 2024, until 09 February 2024 from 10:00am till 16:00pm
TENDER CLOSING DATE:
F3.3: Construction of Earth and Layer works - 13:00 on Wednesday, 15 February 2024
F3.4: Accommodation of Traffic - 13:00 on Wednesday, 15 February 2024
T11: Construction of Retaining wall - 13:00 on Wednesday, 15 February 2024
Hard Copy Tender collections & submissions can be collected or dropped at the H&I construction site office. Electronic collections will be for F3.3 & F3.4.
No electronic submissions will be accepted.
